How to Create a Color Mood Board by Group

I have decided to take the opportunity of this postal service to define a new color palette for my living room. You see, I haven't changed annihilation home in a long fourth dimension. In my case, I started with images and so translated them into this color palette:

If you have read the offset post of this series, you will know past now I always offset with a keyword search which is giving clarity on my projection and aid me to focus downwardly. In a second footstep, I interpret these keywords into moods, colors and physical materials. My keywords here have been: nature, Mediterranean life, earthy, feminine, soft.

2// Clustering of  islands – Storytelling

Who said all colors and materials have to go inter-twined on one mood lath? Working with islands and separating them is in fact a very effective story telling technique. Past grouping several shades within 1 color, I can finally make up one's mind which works and which doesn't of this blush & terra-cotta and teal & wood green story.

I am longing for some chroma shades in my living room as well whether that will exist through that absolutely amazing photography by Hilde Mork ( which you tin become here) or an armchair. A sofa would exist dreamy, too. I felt I needed some softer contrast to the night green walls I am planning to use, as well.

I am anbawdy colour lover, information technology really all started with the beach image. That's why information technology is the largest image on my lath. And it's all nigh the mood hither and non exactly related to the color scheme itself.
